ITALY: Edison received a new force majeure notification from QatarEnergy yesterday, extending the delivery restrictions to five additional LNG cargoes scheduled between May and mid-June, in addition to those already canceled for April. At the same time, the Foro Buonaparte company announced the signing of an agreement to end the ongoing arbitration proceedings with Venture Global regarding delayed deliveries from the Calcasieu Pass liquefaction project terminal. As part of the agreement, additional deliveries of LNG cargoes were agreed, the first scheduled for next May at the Adriatic LNG terminal, where they will replace part of the Qatari supplies.
