GAS & POWER: After nearly two weeks of stationing off the German terminal at Mukran, the LNG carrier MINERVA AMORGOS finally docked overnight. The ship had been waiting in the vicinity of the facility due to problems related to an icebreaker unit, necessary for access to the port. A prompt resumption of netting from the regasification unit is now expected, which stood at approximately 15 million cubic meters per day for much of last January.
ITALIA: Yesterday, the Government passed the decree “bills”, which aims to reduce energy costs for businesses and citizens. Over the next few weeks, the mechanisms governing both the sale of GSE/Snam-owned storage –estimated at approximately 2 billion cubic meters– and the structure for implementing the liquidity corridor, which aims to reduce the PSV-TTF spread, will need to be defined.
