Gas markets are finally experiencing their highest levels since early April after several key points in the memorandum were cancelled with the formal resumption of the conflict communicated to the US Congress. On the fundamentals front, the third heat wave of the season is running out, although temperatures are expected to rise as early as July 25th. Export capacity from Norway, on the other hand, remained stable and with minor limitations, while the main factor weighing on supply once again was the setback in the recassification of the continent's terminals.
