Episode n.82 of 28/10/2025 – The Energy Call
In Episode 82 of The Energy Call we talked about the DCO 460 with which ARERA outlined the guidelines regarding the procedures aimed at guaranteeing the communications with which the SI manager informs the ministry and the authority itself about the financial requirements and the actual operation of the companies for the purposes of the latter remaining on the list of the company selling natural gas to end customers, pursuant to decree 85 of 19 May 2025.
We talked about the procedures to follow on the Myterna portal following the opening of the contract renewal sessions for BRPs and commented on some important probable actions by Terna on the texts of the new guarantees.
We then analyzed the situation of the gas markets which from a fundamental point of view contrast the relative stability of supplies arriving from Norway with the decline of new cold air on the continent with consumption on average growing by over 7% compared to last year.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the presence in the 19° package of sanctions against Moscow of the stop to imports of Russian LNG, to be implemented in two phases with full application from 1° January 2027.
