GAS & POWER: The continuing twists and turns on the US tariffs front impact the gas markets: after yesterday's downward movement driven by Beijing's new response, +84% additional tariffs on goods arriving from the US, the 90-day suspension of reciprocal duties for almost all countries announced by Trump yesterday evening supports purchases this morning, with prices recovering almost ten percentage points
ITALIA: After delivery on 3 April, SNAM announced the start of commercial operations of the FSRU BW Singapore unit for the first half of May. In the meantime, maintenance operations at the Piombino terminal are coming to an end and are expected to restart early next week, while unplanned interventions will partially reduce regasification capacity at the Adriatic LNG terminal between 13 and 15 April
