GAS & POWER: After Arctic Mulan, a second LNG carrier from the Russian Arctic LNG 2 terminal arrived in China. This is the Voskhod LNG, with a load of approximately 150 thousand cubic meters of LNG, which landed at the port of Tieshan on Saturday and left in the following hours. Meanwhile, a third ship arriving from the same terminal appears headed towards southern China, outlining a pattern that effectively allows Moscow to circumvent Western sanctions.

OIL: The members of the OPEC+ group voted for a new increase in production quotas starting from October for around 137,000 barrels/day, a level considered modest overall compared to the expectations of analysts who had contributed to fueling sales in the last week.
