GAS & POWER: The increases continued yesterday, with prices capable of exceeding the psychological threshold of 100 €/MWh on the TTF front-month, and even higher appreciations on some spot products (PSV day ahead above 106 €/MWh). The climate support and renewed tensions in the Middle East were joined yesterday by some maintenance on Norwegian production – some of which have already been partially resolved today.

EQUITY: Stock markets recover after the Federal Reserve left rates unchanged, pending new data. The decision was not unanimous: 2 of the 12 members voted in favor of a 25 basis point increase. Markets, however, continue to face a significant likelihood of a rate hike at their December meeting. The ECB's decision is expected today, which should keep rates unchanged along the Fed's lines.
