GAS & POWER: Recent forecasts have been confirmed, with Northern Europe set to see temperatures rise further over the coming week compared to previous forecasts. EDF confirmed this morning that restrictions are expected throughout next week at the Blayais and Golfech nuclear power stations due to high river temperatures. Wind generation capacity in Northern Europe for the next seven days is in line with seasonal averages, whilst it is lower in the Mediterranean region.
