The European Commission yesterday presented the 21st package of sanctions against Russia: concentrated mainly against financial institutions linked to Moscow, new measures were also included in the energy sector. The gas perimeter includes a ban on the sale of LNG carriers to companies that could transport Russian liquefied gas.
