In episode 104 of The Energy Call, we discussed the ETS Committee's communication on how to fill the monitoring and reporting obligations of the CISEA circular on the application for the year 2026 regarding the mechanism for compensating amounts related to the transport service and wholesale supply of natural gas defined by RERA resolution 604-2021. We then talked about the comment on the publication in consultation by the SII and the technical specifications on the new 24-hour switch process and the GSE news on the interruption of economic incentives for compliant plants.
Finally, we spoke of the volatility on the energy markets which is confirmed to be high, in a context which still seems to be struggling to discount the imminent effects of the physical scarcity of oil and gas which are about to impact Europe, where, however, the first hypotheses of consumption quota measures are emerging. In Italy, in parallel, the first storage auctions were held following the publication of RERA's resolution to determine incentives.
