Episode n.97 of 17/02/2026 – The Energy Call
In Episode 97 of The Energy Call we discussed, among others, the following topics:
- Notices from the sole purchaser on the publication of an update of the adjustment and balancing specifications with the integration of an aggregate consumption flow adjusted for the RDB in implementation of resolution 28-2025, as well as on the activation of further authentication using SPID credentials, a legal entity for professional use.

- Publication by the GSE of the deadlines for communicating the fuel mix and announcement by Terna of new blank sessions for the FCR auctions.
On the gas market side, despite a situation that remains alert to the state of European reserves, yet another revision of the weather forecast for the final part of February has led markets to further declines. Meanwhile, in Italy, the debate on the Energy Decree continues, and the latest draft, circulated, confirms the solutions regarding the sale of gas stored in emergencies during the energy crisis by the GSE to obtain revenues to reduce costs for energy consumers and the definition of a liquidity corridor that allows the PSV-TTF spread to be reduced through an auction mechanism.
