GAS & POWER: Purchases dominated yesterday's afternoon session, with prices rising by almost 3% after initial rumors about the ongoing talks in Geneva between the United States and Iran indicated little sign of progress. In this regard, conflicting reports emerged in the evening, with new technical meetings between the parties scheduled for Monday in Vienna. However, according to US media reports, a real agreement appears to be a long way off, and the USS Gerald R. Ford, the world's largest aircraft carrier, will reach the coast of Israel in the next few hours.

According to data reported by GIE, total regasification from European terminals set a new record on Wednesday, exceeding the threshold of 5100 GWh/day, the previous maximum reached on January 14. The ramp-up of Italian and German terminals (combined capacity of 1300 GWh), together with the resumption of the Montoir plant in France, were the decisive factors.
