GAS & POWER: A technical issue with the pipelines supplying feedgas to the American liquefaction plant Freeport LNG led to a plant shutdown on Tuesday evening. Yesterday, flows remained limited to just over 20% of the total, a situation that does not yet appear to have been resolved in the early hours of this morning. At full capacity the plant is able to handle 20 deliveries per month
