Episode n.73 of 05/08/2025 – The Energy Call
In episode 73 of The Energy Call we talked about ARERA resolution 360 concerning public test procedures for the identification of FUI and FDD for the next biennium, 25 October and 27 September, and resolution 336 amending annex A of 188 of 2012 concerning complaints lodged by operators against a transmission, transport, storage, LNG or distribution system operator.
We then recalled the publication by SNAM of the new standard withdrawal profiles, valid for the next spa year 2025-2026, and of the deadlines relating to the management of the 496 procedure for the 2025 annual adjustment session referring to the calendar year 2024.
Finally, we commented on energy markets with gas struggling to take a decisive position, with fundamentals remaining unchanged and with possible support provided by the progressive increase in temperatures and storage stocks below the levels of the last two years, and energy which should be characterized in the coming weeks by an increase in demand due to thermal energy and a reduction in French nuclear energy, with power plants struggling to cool down due to rising temperatures.
