According to Reuters, a group of European countries, including France, Germany and the Netherlands, has submitted a draft to revise the target of compulsory 90% stockpiling by 1 November. The intention would be to make the deadline more flexible, with the possibility of postponing the date until December. Consultations on this are expected as early as this week in the European Parliament.
