GAS & POWER:The start of the first delivery of liquefied natural gas from the American Golden Pass LNG terminal is getting even closer. Following the ramp-up observed in feedgas appointments over the past week, the final authorizations to activate the liquefaction section of the plant are now awaited. The terminal is a joint venture between Qatar Energy – which owns 70% of the shares– and ExxonMobil.
