GAS & POWER: The first voices of dissent have been raised following the agreement reached among Union members on the Russian gas exit plan, a text expected to be formally approved at the plenary session on December 15-18. Yesterday, Hungarian Prime Minister Szijjarto announced that Hungary and Slovakia will appeal to the European Court of Justice to formally oppose the measures. The Eurogroup now aims to work to find a formal agreement on stopping imports of Russian crude as well.
