Episode n.70 of 15/07/2025 – The Energy Call
In Episode 70 of The Energy Call, we discussed ARERA Resolution 1.2025 DAEN on updating the manual for the operation and use of the national register of market operators pursuant to Article 9 of REMIT.
We examined Resolution 323 r.com on the completion of the provisions for the acquisition of an active PDR by an end customer in the gas sector with the introduction of the option to choose the commercial counterparty already at the transfer stage, as is already the case in the electricity sector. We then commented on Resolution 315, which approves Terna's amendment to the network code regarding guarantees for the dispatching service and the transitional adjustment period.
Finally, we discussed the relatively calm situation of gas prices in recent days, with fluctuations limited to around €2/MWh, thanks to the stabilisation of flows from the North Sea and the end of the first major summer heatwave.
