Episode n.66 of 17/06/2025 – The Energy Call
In Episode 66 of The Energy Call, we discussed Decision 252 on extraordinary measures regarding measurement activities on the gas transmission network, following the first application of penalties for non-compliance with service levels. We talked about the publication by MASE of dictatorial decree number 77 concerning the determination of the contribution of the Service Fund Cylinders and Methane as confirmation for 2024 and as application for 2025-2026.
We then commented on Arera’s DCO 239 on the FER-X in which reference prices are proposed for plants with an output of less than 1 MW.
Arera’s integration of the TIDE was also discussed with Resolution 242, which incorporates the publication by TERNA of Annex A81.
Finally, we commented on the recent energy price rises driven by worrying news such as the failure of a reactor in France, The escalation of the conflict between Israel and Iran and the still remote possibility of closing the Strait of Hormuz strategic crossroads for about 20% of global flows of crude oil and LNG
