Episode n.61 of 13/05/2025 – The Energy Call
In Episode 61 of The Energy Call we talked about SNAM's Commercial Resilience Programme procedure, which was published with the appropriate communication regarding the simulation of the unavailability of information systems to support commercial activities scheduled for 10 June from 2pm to 6pm. The procedure describes how to exchange information for the most relevant processes of communication with SNAM such as transport nominations and transactions at the PSV should such emergency conditions occur.
We then talked about the auction session announced by Areti for forward products in the local flexibility market, the functioning of the GME's GO notice board, and clarified the meaning of so-called welcome counterparties.
Finally, we highlighted, on the market side, the recovery path from recent lows as a consequence partly of the rebound in consumption, partly of a partial reduction in Norwegian supplies but also of the recent announcement of a temporary truce in the trade war between the US and China.
