GAS & POWER: SEFE has announced that the German Economy Minister has ordered it to increase the stock in its gas storage facilities by 8 TWh by December 15. This change of direction signals growing concern about the state of European and especially German reserves, at historic lows for the period. Until a few weeks ago, indications of limited direct and indirect incentives had come from Berlin.
