Openlogs supports large industrial consumers of electricity and natural gas in gaining direct, disintermediated access to renewable energy production sites, energy exchanges and wholesale hubs.
The Openlogs® DESK SOFTWARE and IT platform, in the version specifically dedicated to industrial consumption, allows for the control, planning and optimal management of energy expenditure in real time, “mark-to-market”, both as an absolute cost and in relation to the annual and multi-year budget.
Large industrial consumers can purchase their energy requirements more efficiently and become independent from traditional suppliers, either by becoming dispatchers/shippers themselves (OUTSOURCING AND ADVISORY) or by outsourcing the dispatching/transport of their energy to Openlogs’ “as-a-service” dispatching or shipping services (ROUTE-TO-MARKET).
In this way, they can connect directly and independently to renewable electricity or biomethane production, thus finalising the most direct and genuine form of PPA (power purchase agreement) and BPA (biomethane purchase agreement) directly with producers.
Once they have become independent dispatchers/shippers, they can also purchase their energy from major international traders or, if interested, from Openlogs’ TRADING PLATFORM.
